REGISTRATION
Do kids need to register?
Yes. Everyone attending needs to be registered, including children. Children 11 and under are free, but registering them helps us plan food, seating and welcome packets.
Can I come to just one event?
Yes, you’re welcome at any or all of the events. The registration fee is the same whether you come to one event or the whole weekend.
Can I bring a friend or a non-family guest?
Yes! Guests are welcome. They just need to register and pay the registration fee to attend.
How do I cancel or transfer my registration?
Email us at [email protected]. Refund amounts depend on when you cancel. See the Registration & Cancellation Policy on the Pay Your Registration page.
HOTEL
Do I have to stay at the Embassy Suites?
No, but it’s our headquarters hotel. The Meet & Greet, Sunday Worship and all the weekend buses start there. The Cuz Charter Bus from St. Louis only drops off and picks up at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf.
Are there other hotels close to the Embassy Suites?
Yes. Several hotels are just a few minutes away in the Sugarloaf area:
- On Satellite Blvd, the same street as the Embassy Suites: Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta NE/Duluth Sugarloaf and Residence Inn Atlanta NE/Duluth Sugarloaf.
- Nearby: Hilton Garden Inn Sugarloaf, The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett, Holiday Inn Atlanta Gas South Arena, and Hampton Inn Lawrenceville Duluth.
Keep in mind that our family rate is only at the Embassy Suites, and all the weekend buses leave from its lobby.
Is hotel parking free?
Yes.
Are accessible hotel rooms available?
Yes. Call Hilton Reservations at 1-855-244-2506 and ask for booking code JON, and let them know you need an accessible suite.
T-SHIRTS & WELCOME PACKETS
Where do I pick up my welcome packet and T-shirt?
At the check-in table in the hotel lobby on Friday, starting at 3:00 PM.
How do I order T-shirts if I’m not attending?
Go to the T-shirt order page. The link will be posted in the Coming Soon section once the design is revealed.
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING
What should I wear?
Atlanta in July is hot! Dress cool and comfortable: light, breathable clothes, a hat or shades, and comfortable shoes for the park. The hotel events are indoors with air conditioning, so you may want a light layer for the evening.
What should I bring to Family Day in the park?
Lawn chairs, sunscreen, a hat, a refillable water bottle, and bug spray. Food and cold beverages are provided.
Is there parking at Rhodes Jordan Park?
Yes, there’s plenty of parking at the park.
YOUNG CREW NIGHT
Will there be chaperones?
Yes. Adult chaperones will ride the bus and stay with the Young Crew all evening. We’ll share the final count closer to the date.
Where is drop-off and pickup?
In the Embassy Suites lobby. The bus leaves at 7:00 PM and returns at 10:00 PM.
Does my teen need a waiver?
Andretti may require a signed parent or guardian waiver for anyone under 18. We’ll share the details closer to the date so you can sign ahead of time.
ELDERS & ACCESSIBILITY
How far is the walk at the park?
It’s a short walk from the parking area to the pavilion.
Will there be seating for our elders?
Yes. We’ll have a cooling station seating area for our elders, so they can rest comfortably out of the heat.
